Strict No-Refund Policy

Hackerrecon provides non-tangible, irrevocable digital software licenses and in-browser security research tools. Because access is provisioned and bound to your account instantaneously upon payment confirmation, the full intellectual and operational value is delivered immediately. This includes:

• Instant unlocked access to all 22 client-side cybersecurity tools and calculators.
• Complete 13-window simulated SOC environments within Hacker Terminal OS.
• Lifetime perpetual licenses for Invoice Generator SaaS, SEO Audit System SaaS, and CV & ATS Checker SaaS.

In accordance with international digital commerce regulations and standard consumer protection laws for digital deliverables, no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be issued once digital access has been granted.

2. Professional Cybersecurity & IT Consulting Services

For custom cybersecurity and engineering engagements—including Technical SEO & Core Web Vitals Audit (₹19,999), Malware Removal & Website Clean-up (₹9,999), and bespoke development:

• Strict Non-Refundable Commitment: Booking a service immediately reserves dedicated senior security engineering hours, diagnostic cloud scanning infrastructure, and prioritized scheduling. As labor allocation and technical provisioning commence upon payment, all service fees are strictly non-refundable.
• Scope Commitment & Quality Guarantees: While monetary refunds are not provided, we stand behind the rigor of our engineering work. Our Malware Removal service includes a 30-day re-cleaning guarantee if the same malware strain recurs.
• Client Cooperation: Clients are responsible for providing valid domain ownership verification, staging access, and participating in the scope intake process. A failure to provide credentials or communicate does not qualify for a refund.

3. No Recurring Subscriptions or Hidden Fees

Every transaction on Hackerrecon is a transparent, one-time payment. We do not operate recurring billing models:

• There are no recurring monthly or annual subscription fees to cancel.

By completing checkout, you explicitly agree to these non-refundable terms and waive any unilateral right to request a chargeback from your card issuer or payment app without prior technical review. In the event of a fraudulent or bad-faith chargeback:

• The associated user account, profiles, and all digital licenses will be permanently terminated.
• The user email, IP address, and identity metadata will be blacklisted across our merchant network.
• Cryptographic server logs, Standard Webhook delivery receipts, and session telemetry will be submitted directly to payment processors and banking authorities to dispute the claim.
• Any frivolous legal notices, chargeback threats, or disputes are governed exclusively by the Mandatory Binding Arbitration provisions set forth in our Terms of Service. In the event of unfounded or bad-faith claims, the customer agrees to reimburse Hackerrecon for all associated merchant penalty fees, administrative costs, and legal defense expenses.
